Being an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization, we pay utmost attention towards quality of products. These materials are directly procured from world's well known vendors, who provide us with consistent quality and reliability. As per our quality assurance, we also source our imported range of products from qualified manufacturers and suppliers of chemicals and allied products. Additionally, we recruit a team of experienced quality analysts who quality test raw materials, sourced products as well as end-products through a range of validated tests so that only a quality-approved selection of products reach clients' destinations.
Infrastructure
Our
company is backed by robust infrastructure that integrates
sophisticated tools and equipment for formulating high quality
chemicals. In order to strengthen our production process, we have
installed three state-of-the-art product manufacturing plants in our
infrastructure. All the three plants are armored with tools and
equipment of reputed brands, which facilitates completion of orders,
large or small, within predefined time periods. Besides, our
infrastructure is powered by a team of service experts who regularly
maintain and upgrade these machines so as to ensure their hassle-free
performance and optimum productivity.
Warehousing
For
the safe storage of products, we have set up a capacious warehousing
facility. Our warehouse outfitted with all the requisite tools and is
supervised by warehousing experts, who are well versed with customers'
requirements.
We have warehouses at Ranoli (District: Baroda),
Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, those are constructed in RCC (Reinforced
Cement Concrete) and geared with a host of preventive measures
concerning pesticide control, rainfall, safety, security, etc. We also
have efficient loading and unloading facilities, and 24/7 First Aid Box
at our warehouse. In order to ensure better valued added services to
customers, we follow certain well-defined warehousing procedures that
includes the following steps:
- Receipts of material directly at warehouse;
- Receipts of ordered material from site;
- Issue of material from warehouse;
- Further, in order to prevent any form of damage or loss, we take the following precautions at our warehousing facility;
- No. of piles in case of product stored in Bags shall not exceed 6 feet in any case;
- Products are stored under hygienic storage conditions for their safety;
- Proper treatment and measure against pesticides, moisture, and fire are taken to preserve products efficiently;
- Water taps with hose-pipes are offered for protection from fire.
